Lush Handmade Soaps and Cosmetics

July 21, 2008

I absolutely love this store and their products. Dennis and I have been purchasing their soaps for quite a long time now. I had no idea that Lush had locations here in Brighton, and I was absolutely thrilled when I found one across the street. They have fabulous service by the way. Their girls are briefed quite well on their products, and seem to be avid users as well. I always find their staff very helpful.

Additionally, I just love that they are a green company. Most of their soaps, shampoos, and beauty products are made with all natural ingredients. In case you are curious, they do list all of the ingredients on the labels in the store and on their website. All of their products are handmade as well. I love that they have an illustration of the maker on the side of some products. It gives it more personality, and makes the purchase feel more personable.

I certainly recommend giving them a view. Their products are fabulous! I can’t believe I hadn’t written about them earlier. My personal favorites are the Dream Cream for dry skin and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil soap. I have become quite curious about their Herbalism clay-based cleanser, and their Flying Fox shower gel as well.
